Midlife is more than a stage of life. it is a time of profound transition that invites us to better understand our bodies, our health, and ourselves.
The physical and emotional changes experienced during this transition are not random, nor are they simply something to endure. They are signals that your body is asking for a different kind of attention and support.
Through my work as a Naturopathic Doctor, educator, and women's health advocate, I have come to understand that your body is the foundation for making informed health choices and reconnecting with our inner wisdom. I help women connect the dots between their symptoms, biology, and lived experience so they can navigate midlife with greater clarity, confidence, vitality, and purpose.
When we understand the messages our bodies are sending, we are better equipped to make choices that support not only our health, but our capacity to fully engage in life.

I'm a registered Naturopathic Doctor with over 25 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping women make sense of their health, especially during the hormonal transitions of midlife.
As a clinician, educator, course creator, and public speaker, I've come to appreciate that health is about far more than managing symptoms. My work focuses on helping women understand the relationship between their biology and lived experience so they can reconnect with their bodies, their health, and their own wisdom.
Drawing on evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, root-cause assessment, and polyvagal-informed approaches, I blend science with a whole-person perspective to support lasting change.
My mission is to help women cultivate greater vitality, resilience, and confidence so they can thrive in their health, their relationships, their work, and their lives.

The Embodied Wisdom Method™ is founded on a simple belief: when we understand our bodies, we are better equipped to navigate life with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Using the Tree of Health as a guide, this framework recognizes that symptoms are not random. They are often the body's way of communicating that something is out of balance.
Just as a tree depends on healthy roots to thrive, optimal health depends on supporting the foundations of wellbeing. Through a deeper understanding of nervous system health, the microbiome, nutrition, movement, sleep, hormones, and symptom patterns, women learn to connect the dots between their biology and lived experience.
By strengthening these foundations, The Embodied Wisdom Method™ helps women make informed health choices, cultivate greater vitality, and reconnect with their body's innate wisdom.

Healthy and engaged workplaces begin with healthy, supported people.
Today, perhaps more than ever, many employees are navigating increasing demands, chronic stress, burnout, and significant life transitions that can affect their energy, focus, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
Through workshops, leadership presentations, and educational programs, I help organizations foster greater health literacy and body literacy, empowering individuals to better understand the biological factors that influence how they feel, think, and perform.
By providing practical, evidence-informed strategies, I support individuals and teams in building the resilience, vitality, and capacity needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
